ABOUT ME
Have me call you.

I want you to know that I am committed to excellence.  I am dedicated to providing you
with important, valuable information about your new home, and doing so with exceptional
customer service. I thoroughly inspect all major components of the property to expose
unknown defects and advise you about future maintenance regarding your home once the
purchase is complete. I strive to give you the information you require to make an
informed decision.

I understand that buying a new home may be the biggest investment you'll ever make.
While very exciting, it can quickly becomes overwhelming.  (Have you seen the stack of
paperwork you're gonna have to sign!?!) While the home you have selected may appear to
be just what you're looking for, how can you be sure there aren't potentially serious
unknown defects which can make your investment in your future a costly one?  Having
your new home professionally inspected by Hunt Property Inspections as early as possible
in the buying process can save you thousands of dollars on items which you may be able to
have the seller or builder correct.

I have the experience, depth of knowledge and training to make an unbiased and informed
report of the condition of a property.  In my experience, most buyers find it difficult to
remain objective and unemotional about the house they really want.  This may affect their
judgment. For the most accurate information about the condition of a home, hire me to
give you a professional, impartial third-party opinion.

Remember, licensing of home inspectors only sets a minimum standard.  Much like being
up to code, any less would be illegal.  Imaginary people, children, psychics (who claim to
"sense" if a house is OK) and even pets can be home inspectors.  Other home inspection
associations have no entrance requirements and worse, encourage their candidates to go
out and perform actual inspections for poor, unsuspecting consumers as the only way to
achieve full membership.
InterNACHI finds this practice unconscionable. That is why
InterNACHI front-ends its membership requirements. We turn down more than 1/2 the
inspectors who want to join because they can't pass our exam or fulfill our membership
requirements.
